The excitement and color of NHRA Championship Drag Racing is captured in "BURNOUT!" a limited-edition lithograph by motorsport artist James Ibusuki. This highly-detailed painting depicts Chuck Etchells' Funny Car boiling the hides before a wall of spectators at Pomona Raceway. Etchells piloted this gorgeous candy blue Trans Am to his first NHRA Funny Car event win at the 1990 NHRA Summernationals in Englishtown, New Jersey. Three years later on October 1, 1993, Chuck secured his place in drag racing history by becoming the first Funny Car driver to break the 4-second barrier with an astounding 4.98 at 294.31 mph pass at Heartland Park Topeka during the Sears Craftsman Nationals.
